"Wrong stuff sent and just canned apologies"
My order was completely messed up. I ordered 3 items and only 1 was actually the one I picked. The other two were the wrong colors and sizes, like someone just grabbed random things and threw them in the package.
I sent them photos and explained the issue, but the response took forever and was basically just one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies with no real fix. Super frustrating since I needed the exact items I ordered. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

I was browsing the site and found a few items I was interested in, but once I clicked into the product pages, I got stuck quickly. The descriptions were so vague that I couldn’t really tell what I’d be getting. I kept looking for basics like the size, what materials were used, and whether certain parts were included, but the info just wasn’t clear enough. After a while, I figured I’d rather not risk ordering something when I had that many questions. The products might be fine, but the details need to be a lot more helpful before I’d feel comfortable buying

"Why is this shirt trying to humble me?"
The shirt actually looked totally fine, but wow, the sizing was way smaller than I expected. I put it on and immediately felt like I had accidentally ordered from the doll section. Not the end of the world, but definitely size up unless you want a full emotional journey.

"Confusing and hard to get around"
I tried using Shop 601 for about 10 minutes and just gave up. The site felt cluttered, especially on my phone, and pages were loading slower than I expected. I had to click around way too much just to find basic info, and the checkout process didn’t feel very clear either. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I asked the staff for help, but it felt like they were trying to move me along as quickly as possible. I was already in a bit of a rush, and instead of getting answers, I just ended up more frustrated and no closer to figuring things out.

I checked out shop601.com it seems okay at first glance. The website worked fine for me and nothing immediately felt sketchy or broken. That said, I’m still not totally comfortable trusting it yet because there isn’t a whole lot of extra info or reassurance to make me feel 100% safe. If I were ordering, I’d probably start with something small just to test the experience. Overall though, it doesn’t seem bad, just something I’d approach with a little caution.

"Photos made it hard to feel sure about ordering"
I was browsing shop601.com, the product photos didn’t really give me much confidence. A few looked blurry or oddly cropped, and I kept wishing there were more angles so I could actually get a better idea of what the item looked like.
It’s tough to feel sure about buying something when the pictures don’t clearly show the size or match up well with the details. Maybe I’m being a little picky, and the products might be totally fine in person, but based on the photos alone, I’d probably hesitate before ordering.

I tried ordering from shop601.com because the item showed as in stock, but then later they told me it actually wasn’t available. Frustrating, honestly. Their inventory system feels like it works when it wants to, because I wouldn’t have wasted my time ordering if I’d known it was out of stock. They really need to keep that updated better.

I spent some time browsing because I was hoping to find something new to wear, but the options felt limited. A lot of the styles looked kind of boring to me, and nothing really stood out as something I’d actually reach for. I wanted to like it, but I just didn’t find much that fit my taste

Am I the only one who felt like support was taking forever to respond? I emailed them and waited way longer than I expected. They did eventually get back to me, but it kind of felt like nobody was really keeping an eye on the inbox. Not the best experience.

My order showed up on time, so that was good, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box had a few dents and the tape looked kind of messy, though thankfully the item inside was totally fine. Not a huge deal, just expected it to be packed a little more securely

"Delivery turned into a stressful wait"
I ordered a pair of shoes thinking they’d show up in the promised 5–7 days, but it ended up taking almost 3 weeks. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I kept wondering if the package was lost, which added way more stress than I expected for a simple shoe order.
Customer service did respond when I reached out, but the answer was basically just “please wait,” which wasn’t super helpful. The shoes did arrive fine in the end, so I’m not giving it 1 star, but I definitely wouldn’t order from here if I needed something by a certain date.
